Life maps: rules or guidelines?

Do you rely on maps to show you the way? Not just the type that guide you from A to B, but the personal and spiritual maps which influence your choices and relationships. Do you always follow the directions? Or is life more interesting when you throw caution to the wind?

Hope: believing something good may happen

There are many variations and degrees of hope. For some people hope is expressed in terms of gaining something extra in their lives or making a good day even better. For some it can be hope for others. In other cases, it can be hope they can make it through another day.

When does someone become too old to be useful? When does Google (and other similar avenues) provide better information than lived experience?

Fatigue

There are different types of tired and different things that cause it. Sometimes, it’s pure physical exhaustion, maybe its mental exhaustion, or work-related fatigue. What can we do? How do we break that cycle of fatigue, regardless of why it is happening?
